ESRI Canada Limited has an immediate need for a Bilingual Technical Support Call Coordinator/Analyst, based out of the Corporate Head Office in Toronto.

The Technical Support Call Coordinator/Analyst's challenges include performing top quality service for ESRI Canada's client base by answering the telephone line and logging email support requests during peak hours, while providing technical support for the ESRI product suite during other hours, in a hands-on, team environment. Responsibilities also include providing a full range of software support services, in conjunction with other technical support team members.

Technical Support Call Coordinator/Analyst duties include:

· Answering the Technical Support telephone line in a friendly and efficient manner as well as responding to all email inquires.

· Entering all incident information into the Technical Support Call Tracking system.

· Providing customer service for issues related to Technical Support and ESRI products and services.

· Providing knowledge based technical expertise and support to clients in a tactful manner demonstrating a sense of urgency and professionalism.

· Working collaboratively with the other technical analysts to ensure that client needs are being met.

· Troubleshooting problems on behalf of clients.

· Identification of any issues in ESRI's software and providing clients with possible workarounds.

Specific requirements:

· Bilingual (English / French)

· Familiarity and experience with ESRI software products

· Proficient with Word and Excel

· University degree and/or college diploma in Geography, GIS or a related discipline

· Strong analytical / problem-solving abilities

· Legally entitled to work in Canada
