i) SUS Charity Fair 2009 Schedule – Starting TODAY is the SUS Charity fair. Following this message is an outline of the schedule. Events will be taking place ALL WEEK, more information can be found at the facebook group, at

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS!

** Monday, October 26 **
• Coffee & Hot Chocolate at the Y! - All Day
• Waffle Sale - McConnell Engineering All Day
• Grilled Cheese Sale - Bronfman All Day
• Grilled Cheese Sale - Leacock All Day
• Charity Soiree - 5:30PM to 8:30PM
Location: Goodman Cancer Centre Atrium (5th Floor) --Meet administration, charity founders and directors. Presentations by La Fondation Sourdine and McGill Professors on hearing disabilities. -- Food and drink to be provided!

** Tuesday, October 27 **
• Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Grilled Cheese/Waffles at the Y! - All Day
• Grilled Cheese Sale - Bronfman All Day

** Wednesday, October 28 **
• Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Waffles at the Y! - All Day
• Grilled Cheese Sale - Leacock All Day
• Waffle Sale - Bronfman All Day
• Barbecue! Burgers ($1), Cheeseburgers ($1.50), Veggie Burgers ($1.50) and Pop ($.75) at 3 Bares Park! - 11AM to 3:30PM - GET SOME!
• Charity Poker Tournament - Sold out last year! Come to SUS Office (Burnside 1B21) to register! Location: THE TREEHOUSE! 521 Prince Arthur Apt. 3. (check out the facebook ground to learn more about the grand prizes) - Refreshments will be available

1) Message Dara to RESERVE YOUR SPOT - sold OUT last year
2) Come to the SUS Office (Burnside 1B21) to submit payment and secure your placement.

ii) !!!APARTMENT CRAWL!!! – The event of the year is coming up soon. Just a reminder that this years theme is SPACE! The crawl will be taking place on Friday, November 6th starting in the MUGS lounge at 7pm. This is where we will snack on pizza, distribute wristbands and head out to the first apartment. We will be selling tickets ALL of next week from November 2nd to 6th. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday we will be selling tickets in the MUGS lounge from 10am until 2pm, on Tuesday and Thursday Tickets will be available from 1pm to 3pm. -- This year it will be BYO-M (bring your own mug), in promotion of more sustainable events.

iii) Samosa Sale – this Friday November 30th, we will be having a samosa sale in the Leacock Lobby. Don't forget to stop by to support the department and partake in some yummy Samosas

iv) WINE AND CHEESE - Make sure to pencil MUGS in for our annual wine and cheese that will be taking place on November 26th in ARTS160 from 6-9. It will be a great chance to meet and greet with the professors and students in the department over a glass of wine and some cheese. Don't forget to dress to impress!
