i) POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Just a reminder, the applications for sustainability representative and U1 representative are due this Friday the 25th. Applications should be emailed to mcgillgeography@gmail.com, application procedures are ass follows,

1) Student ID, year, program, e-mail address
2) A brief summary (list or paragraph) of any previous organizational experience activities
3a) Sustainability Representative: A short paragraph about why you want to be involved with MUGS in this position and/or how you understand sustainability as it applies to a geography student organization.
3b) U1 Representative: A short paragraph about why you want to be involved with MUGS, what you hope to do and/or why you love the geography department.

ii) FRISBEE and CHILLI: Our annual Frisbee and Chilli will be taking place on October 2 at 12:30pm. It's a event to bring the students and staff together for some fall fun times! We will be providing 2 batches of chilli, at least one will be vegetarian. We will meet in the MUGS lounge in Burnside before we head out -if you're late or you have class, don't worry, we will be out in the lower feild!

iii) TechFair: The fair offers the opportunity to meet with over 60 participating companies from all across the globe, this is an incredible opportunity to find that internship or full-time job you've always been looking for. This event is targeted towards science students however it's open to ALL students.

The Techfair will be held in the New Residence Ballroom on Tuesday, September 29th and Wednesday, September 30th from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
